• You are required to bring what is needed to set up your stall, as we do not provide any infrastructure.

    SMALL STALL: 2mx2m

    • Accommodates up to 3x clothing racks or 2x clothing racks and 1x small table.

    • You can bring tubs or bargain bins to place on the floor.

    MEDIUM STALL : 2mx3m

    • Accommodates up to 4x clothing racks or 3x clothing racks and 1x small table.

    • You can bring tubs or bargain bins to place on the floor.

    LARGE STALL : 3mx3m

    • Accommodates up to 5x clothing racks or 4x clothing racks and 1x small table.

    • Allows space for necessary branding, full length mirrors and a seamless shopping experience for your customers.

    Double stalls are available, please request this in your application and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Food & Coffee vans are situated out the front of the venue near the entrance. Indoor foodies are allocated a space based on their setup needs.

  • Stall-holder fees are allocated per market and are non transferrable or refundable.

    Stall hire fee must be made one week prior to the event day to confirm your booking otherwise you forfeit your stall position entirely.

    Market Stall Public Liability Insurance is mandatory for all participating stall-holders.

    All applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email if successful. Please be patient as we have a long list of applicants to review.

    You will be always contacted at least 4-5 weeks prior to the market date.
